What The Flip......

When walking the streets of NYC, it’s quite often I pass by a plethora of eatery’s. Some fancy with the waiters holding one arm positioned in front of their torso and the other placed behind their back. Other places, you can see waiters running rampant from table to table taking various orders, refilling wine glasses, bumping into their employees and sometimes screaming at the cooks...
